Text message consent

This page shows how River Meadow Daycare collects permission to send text messages, and reproduces the standalone consent form we use. It is published so that anyone, including our messaging carriers, can verify our consent language.

Consent is collected on its own form

Permission to text is collected on a separate, standalone paper form. It is not part of the enrolment agreement, not part of the emergency contact form, and not part of any hiring paperwork. Those documents are completed and accepted whether or not the consent form is signed.

A family that declines is enrolled on exactly the same terms and hears from us by telephone and email instead. Nothing about our service, enrolment, billing or place on the waiting list depends on agreeing to receive text messages.

What we send

Tour and appointment confirmations, reminders for conferences and parent information sessions, notices when a child is absent or is being picked up late, closings and schedule changes, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Frequency, rates, and stopping

We do not buy, rent, or share mobile numbers. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
