General Job Description:
Plan and implement a full-day, year-round, developmentally appropriate curriculum including weekly themes and lesson plans, inclusion of theme-related materials, and rotation of toys and equipment on a regular basis. Provide safe, responsive, simulating environment by actively engaging oneself in daily activities and routines. Form and maintain professional relationships with parents, families, and staff. Keep documentation and conference with parents. Responsible for supervision and direction of assistants and volunteers. Maintain all certifications as required and engage in additional professional development. Ensure compliance with North Carolina’s Division of Child Development and Early Education.
Responsibilities:
Monitors to ensure that children are safe and content
Designs and implements activity schedule
Provides snacks and meals for children
Makes sure daycare center is clean and organized
Monitors interactions between children
Disciplines appropriately as necessary
Provides updates to parents on children’s behavior and progress
Administers first aid when necessary
Comforts children who are homesick or upset
Arranges and oversees rest times or naptimes
Feeds, changes, and carries infants at the daycare center
Assists in recruiting, training, and overseeing teacher’s aides
Administers care to sick children
Contacts parents in the event of an emergency
Answers parent inquiries
Minimum Qualifications:
Pass Background Check
At least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
NC early Childhood credential or equivalent
Caring, compassionate, communicative, nurturing, flexible, patient
Preschool/Pre-K Leads: AAS in ECE or higher/
B-K License preferred

General Job Description:
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday. It includes menu preparation, food preparation, cleaning and ordering. The cook will plan and prepare breakfast and lunch daily for 50-60 people following dietary restrictions and allergy notices.
Responsibilities:

Preparation of food
Knowledge of health and safety standards
Ordering of food supplies
Cleaning
Minimum Qualifications:
Pass a background check
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven cooking experience, preferably in a daycare setting
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Creativity and ability to develop new recipes

General Job Description:
Primarily responsible for ensuring family engagement and assisting with managerial duties. Will assist and support the Director in the daily operation of the center. Will work directly with families to conference as issues arise, problem solve and communicate. Will fill in for director in case of emergency, sickness, or absence. Will fill in for staff members as needed for breaks and in case of emergency. Will fill in for cook if absent. Will answer the phone and assist families as they come through the door. Will conduct center tours and provide program information to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Assume full responsibility for the center in the Director's absence
Greet parents and children
Ensure all safety measures are closely followed
Monitor telephone in-coming and out-going calls
Collect fees and give receipts as needed
Monitor personnel performance and ensure ratios are met
Provide breaks for personnel as needed
Address family questions and concerns
Ensure center is clean and building is secure
Minimum Qualifications:
Pass a background check
At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Administration Coursework
NCECC credential
7 school hours in Elementary Ed/ Human Growth & Development or equivalent
Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
